Fees

  • Early registration: until October 19, 2023
  • Regular fee: EUR 250
  • IEEE Members reduced fee: EUR 200
  • Students reduced fee: EUR 150
  • Form of payment: Bank transfer
  • Late registration: from October 20, 2023 to November 2, 2023
  • Regular fee: EUR 300
  • IEEE Members reduced fee: EUR 250
  • Students reduced fee: EUR 200
  • Form of payment: Bank transfer. Cash payment (on November, 2 2023 at the conference registration desk) may be an option only upon prior agreement with the organizers.

For each accepted paper, one full author registration is required. Please, do not forget to send us the filled-in registration form (see the Registration section below).

Please, keep in mind that each accepted paper must be presented either on-line or in person at the conference to be published in the conference proceedings. If a paper is not presented at the conference, it will not be included in the conference proceedings.

For student registration, a letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming their full-time studentship status is required. Please email the document together with the registration form.

Registration fees will be collected by bank transfer (or, only upon prior agreement with the organizers, in cash during registration).

Registration is available to authors with accepted paper submissions.

  • Early registration: October 19, 2023

Paper presentations

Please, prepare the presentation of your paper in advance. When it is ready, please:

  • Upload the presentation slides (a PowerPoint, PDF or Zip file) in EasyChair;
  • Record and upload a video of the presentation in mp4 format (around 15 min. long) and upload it at the conference website (as an mp4 or Zip file), section Videos.
